Welcome to Design Center PROTO!

Design Center PROTO is located in Pikisaari, the island filled with culture, right next to the Oulu city center. Our biggest room is 150m2, has big windows with sea-view and houses varying quality design exhibitions. We also have a design lounge perfect for meetings and remote working. A small design shop has opened in the beginning of December.

We organize diverse events and exhibitions for both design professionals and the public. We are keen to create and facilitate unseen concepts that combine design with different areas of arts and science – and are looking for awesome partners!
